Authorize all employees to stop the work once they feel it is unsafe to carry out the work.

Developing and implementing supervision of Health, Safety and Environment.

Reducing risks and realizing gradual change in behaviors.

Protecting the Environment, Maintaining and keeping construction sites, buildings and equipment’s according to laws and regulations.

Observing the company’s performance through regular internal audits to achieve self-control of company operations.

Objectives

To set, through the means of a formal Quality Management System, standards of performance in executing which permit the company’s services and systems to meet the specified needs of the Customers consistency.

To maintain a QMS which can be seen to control the quality operations through the formal and clearly documented procedures reviewed, approved and maintained by the Management.

To ensure that the controls defined in the QMS are implemented, maintained, audited and the status reviewed for adequacy for the effectiveness of the QMS.

To initiate corrective and preventive actions as a part of continuous improvement.

To apply all activities and controls within a healthy environment that will itself promote the conditions required for total quality efforts.

To institute training which will reflect in the quality and integrity of the company’s operations.

To continuously monitor and improve the Quality Management System meeting the international quality requirements.
